Napkin Skirt

Skirt made of vintage embroidered linen napkins and a tabel runner with a silk waste band and closed with mother of pearl buttons. Three button closures makes this skirt fit a range of sizes and styles, model has the buttons on the smallest size. Would fit a size XS/M.
